a new little cheema
In August we welcomed our daughter Sophie Cheema to the world! She was born on her due date weighing 6lb 7oz. Life has been quite the whirlwind since.
Motherhood has me in a bit of a fog. Most days I don’t know what day of the week it is, and I rarely know what time it is either. Thank goodness for the sun, at least I know if it’s day or night! All of the clichés you hear about the passage of time are quite true – “the days are long but the months are short”.
We’re all doing well, and learning a million new things each day. It’s absolutely fascinating to watch a person grow and learn new skills right in front of your eyes.
